So in my last post I mentioned my phobias.  I was bored so I actually made a list of them haha. I have more than I though. Ugh, oh well I guess.  I told you I had a lot haha.

• Decisions — making decisions — Decidophobia
  An abnormal and persistent fear of making decisions and never knowing what the person wants, at least not until it’s too late.
• Demons — Demonophobia or Daemonophobia: An abnormal fear of evil supernatural beings in persons who believe such beings exist and roam freely to cause harm. Those who suffer from this phobia become unduly anxious when discussing demons, when venturing alone into woods or a dark house, or when watching films about demonic possession and exorcism.Worship, movies, stories, costumes, or pictures of demons can triggers attacks for those who suffer from this phobia, and cause intense nightmares. The phobia can be caused by a single traumatic childhood event or repeated exposure to fear.
• Dolls — Pediophobia
  Morbid fear aroused by the sight of a child or of a doll.
• Opinions — Allodoxaphobia
  A fear of other people’s opinions.
• Ugliness — Cacophobia
  An uncommon fear of ugliness.
  Ventriloquist’s dummy — Automatonophobia
  Fear of ventriloquist’s dummies, animatronic creatures, or wax statues. For some odd reason, this phobia seems well justified.
• Witches and Witchcraft — Wiccaphobia
  An abnormal and persistent fear of witches and witchcraft.
• Work — Ergophobia or PonophobiaWhile many may joke about this, it’s a bonified phobia — rejection of the work environment, the act of performing duties or having to be part of a team going towards a common goal. Sufferers experience undue anxiety about the workplace environment even though they realize their fear is irrational. Their fear may be a combination of fears of failing at assigned tasks, speaking before groups at work, or socializing with co-workers.
• Darkness — Achluophobia - Fear of darkness.
• People — Anthropophobia - Fear of people or society.
• Spiders — Arachnophobia - Fear of spiders.
• Imperfection — Atelophobia - Fear of imperfection.
• Failure — Atychiphobia - Fear of failure.

I’ve recently come to terms with how much I do not like myself.  I tried to think of the things I do like about myself and the list was way short.  There just really isn’t much I am happy with about myself.  So I compiled a list of things I don’t like about myself. Why?  I don’t know.  Maybe I’ll work on them and check them off as they get better but prolly not.

Yesterday was my 21st birthday!! Hooray!! I didn’t do much.  Sat at home with Kaden until Chad got home from work like usual.  Then we had planned on going to Baxter’s Cafe for dinner, but they were closed.  So we drove around trying to decide what I wanted to eat.  We decided on La Chinita’s.  We pulled into their parking lot and I decided I didn’t feel like Mexican food haha.  So we sat there for a bit and decided on TGIFriday’s. So we headed that way.  On the way there I decided I didn’t want that and I wanted to try Jerry’s Bar and Grill instead.  We always drive by it and I had wanted to go there. So that’s where we finally ended up going.  I had expected it to be more restaurant like but it was a full blown bar with stinky cigarette smell and all.  Good thing Kaden was with Mom.  Their food was good though.  I got the chicken strip dinner with green beans and mashed potatoes and gravy, mmmm.  Chad got a burger and fries and wasn’t real impressed.  But mine was good.  He got a tall Amber Bock that they had on tap and it was huge! They only charged us 2 somethin for it too.  So their drinks are reasonably priced.  I had no idea what kind of drink to order so I just told the waitress something fruity haha.  She brought me something called “Clean Pussy.” haha.  I have no idea what was in it but it was bright blue and it was yummy. Mmmm, clean pussy.  Tuesdays and Thursdays are 2-4-1 nights so I got two, yay!  It was my first time ever ordering a drink and I didn’t even get carded.  Boo. But I was satisfied with my birthday dinner and drinks.

After dinner we came home and went pee.  Not entirely sure why.  But then we went to the mall real quick so I could try on a pair of DC shoes.  I found a pair I like online but had no idea what size I needed so I tried some on at Journey’s.  I normally hate going in that store cuz I always feel really awkward for some reason.  But they guy that helped me was pretty cool.  He had these big, thick framed black glasses on but you could totally tell there was no glass in them haha.  Cool I guess?  I dunno.  So after that we went to the liquor store to pick up a case of beer and supplies for Jell-o shots.  I have decided it’s probably best that I don’t go alcohol shopping alone.  I would pick out the things with the coolest looking bottles…which are of course not cheap.  They’re tricky like that.  But at least I got carded there, hooray. 

So I have a ton of cleaning to do before tomorrow night and time is running out.  We’re going to Arlington tomorrow afternoon to pick up some firewood.  So I wont get any cleaning done then.  I was supposed to go get it with Dad today but he had a migraine this morning so I called Grandma and told her we weren’t coming today.  So then an hour later Dad calls and says he’s better now and we could go if I wanted.  But I already told them we weren’t so he took me out to lunch at La Mesa for my birthday since he didn’t remember my birthday until today and he “felt like a fool.” Haha.

Well I have a lot to do so I need to stop writing this.  We’re gonna have beer pong downstairs tomorrow for the party but I realized our table is a little short for beer pong.  So we may play with tiny cups for a challenge haha.  I’d rather play Jell-o shot pong anyways. :-p

Okay, if you know me at all you know I am HORRIBLE at making up my mind. SO, I need help deciding what to wear to my friends 21st birthday/costume party on Friday.  I can be a pregnant me using a bag of plastic bags under my shirt, only problem with that is I crackle when I move haha.  My other option is to be a school girl thing.  For that I have no idea what to wear cuz I have 2 shirts I can’t decide between and 3 pairs or shoes that I can’t pick which one either! Ah!  Sooooo, what I need you to do is look at the pics and comment and tell me which looks best, white shirt or black shirt, the flats, the mary-janes or the tall shoes.  K, thanks!! Ready set go! 

I made a new recipe last night.  It was sweet red pepper ziti.  It was pretty good although I think the peppers may be what has been causing my migraines lately. I thought I’d take a picture of it cuz I always feel like I’ve conquered something when I try something new and it doesn’t turn out horribly.  :-P  I also had to make Chad’s lunch for today, tomorrow and the next day.  But I do that all the time and it’s always the same.  But he claims they are the best sandwiches ever.  I don’t think so though, I prefer Quizno’s.

Last night I carved my second pumpkin ever! Yay! Yes…I was not allowed to celebrate Halloween at home. Anyways, it turned out pretty goofy looking, just like the first one I carved a few years ago. Oh well.  It’s sitting out on the front porch now. Chad says someone will come by and smash it. :-(  One of the best things about carving pumpkins is baking the seeds, yum! So we did that last night too.  They turned out much better this time since I actually salted them right.  May have put a little too much salt on though. Blah.  Oh well, they’re still good. Just can’t eat too many of them at one time. Chad keeps sneaking them. Hmph.  Let’s see, what else did we do yesterday?  I sat out on the front porch with Kaden for a while, he loves to be outside and looking around at stuff.  He also likes to try stealing drinks from you, including beer.  He’s sneaky like that.  You can read more about him and see more of his pictures on his site. As of yesterday(October 19th) we’ve been homeowners for a year.  Yup, we moved in a year ago yesterday exactly.  We were gonna celebrate by having pizza since that’s what we had the night we moved in, but we forgot.  Dumb.  We took a bunch of pictures of the house and stuff.  They’re all on That Smith cuz Chad posted it yesterday and there’s too many pictures for me to post again.  You’ll find me in a few of the pictures looking stupid as usual.  But Chad failed to post one of the most important pictures so I’ll post it here.  I think it needs to be posted since I painted it and it took over 4 months to do.

So not a lot has gone on really.  I surprised Chad with a candlelit picnic when he got home from work.  It was too windy and cold to have it outside to I had it on the floor.  The first thing he did when he walked it was get mad that there were candles on the floor on a blanket.  I guess he looked right past the glasses of water and plates…he’s kind of slow. But oh well.  I thought it was nice anyways.

Last night I fixed Asian food.  I don’t really like Asian food so I’ve never made it before.  I think I did pretty good though.  I made gingered chicken and cheesy broccoli and rice.  Both were new recipes.  Didn’t turn out too bad.

I came across a few very old, very painful pictures of me and friends at camp. I have no idea how I was so…large. Hah. We’ll see if you can pick me out.  Christen, you’re in them too! Mwahaha!

So it’s been somewhat eventful since I posted last.  I actually passed the clerical abilities exam for the post office, not by much though.  I didn’t even think I would pass cuz I’m pretty dumb.  So I go back on the 15th to take a typing test.  I have to be able to type 35 words per minute.  I’m not real worried about that test, I should be fine.  I met with a lady from Models and Images about doing some modeling.  But I would have to drop $2,000 for 5 months of “training.”  So I guess I can scratch that.  Plus I would have to take out my piercings.  She didn’t see my tattoo, but she wouldn’t have been fond of that either.  So I don’t want to have to change who I am and the things I like because it wasn’t good enough for someone else.

But anyways, this last week we dog sat for my mom’s giant dog for almost a week while she went to Colorado.  Small dog annoyed him, like she does most things that she comes in contact with.  Rudy (giant dog) is big and was in the way a lot.  He also left a ton of clumps of his hair all over the house.  The dogs made Chad angry and he said we are never dog sitting again.  So it was nice for Rudy to go home.  But we got a Chili’s gift card out of it though.  :-D  But on top of that, we found out the day Rudy was coming over that small dog is not spayed…so she’s been leaving mess all over the house. I put a diaper on her but it keeps falling off.  So I try to keep her outside.  Still not many people have called about her.  I don’t know why.  I made flyers to put up but now I don’t know where to put them cuz no one has public bulletin boards anymore.

The other day I went out to get the mail and there was a dead cat laying kind of up by our front porch.  I was like, how nice.  So I called animal control to come get it. They said put it in a bag and put it by the curb and someone would be by to pick it up. So we did. No one came.  So I called back the next day. Again they saif someone would come get it and again, they never came.  So we had a dead cat in a bag out by our mailbox for almost 3 days. I’m sure the mailman and neighbors where a little confused as to why we had a dead animal in a bag in our yard.  So finally we threw it in our dumpster..which is in our garage. Trash day isn’t until Monday so we’ll have rotting cat in out garage until then. Lovely. So until Monday, I won’t be going in the garage…

Yesterday was Chad and I’s 2nd anniversary, hooray!! We didn’t do much.  Mom came over to watch Kaden and we went out to dinner at Sweet Basil.  We had always wanted to try that place when we lived over there in the apartment but never did.  My food was good, but Chad ordered spaghetti and meat balls so he wasn’t real impressed with it.  Oh well.  We didn’t know what to do after dinner so we walked around the mall for a while.  Wasn’t much to see there so we came home.  And that’s about all we did.

Today is Kaden’s 6 month birthday! He’s getting old haha. Hmmmm. Not much else to say though.  Nothing exciting has gone on. We were in Overland Park last weekend for Chads dad’s birthday.  I posted pictures and stuff about that on Kaden’s site though.
